Upon order we will meet to discus design and layout to ensure that your canopy is customized exactly to your needs. Whether you prefer a sleek and modern design or something more traditional, we will go above and beyond to deliver a cover that not only provides excellent protection but also enhances the overall appearance of your boat.
Once we have the data from the Templating / Patterning stage. We process the physical templates or build a CAD design, depending which method was used. Then its off to the CAD plotter to draw, then cut out the cloth for manufacturing and finishing.
Next Stage is taking a pattern or templating the area depending on what process is required. With our wealth of experience we have the knowledge to template physically with patterning material or modern techinques such as a 3D measuring Proliner / Photogrammetry to build a CAD Model.
The final stage is fitting, this is where we will fit all the frame, fittings, fixings and anything else required to fit and complete the installation.
